My experience at Chelsea Inn was mostly positive - the room exceeded expectations and the staff were helpful. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, requiring me to buy a fan. Despite this, the cleanliness and location were great. Would stay again if AC issue resolved.

Omg had the best time staying at this spot! so close to all the hotspots - times square, empire state, and more. But the 🧡 thing was julian, the nightshift 🌟! only downside - noisy room for 3 peeps. Would def go back!

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was nice, the location was incredible very close to 14th and 5th avenue and Lower Manhattan. The staff was amicable and knowledgeable, the breakfast offered was quick with lots of food.

The room was way bigger than we expected with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave - super convenient! The bathroom was shared but it felt private as it was only between our room and one other, separate from other guests, giving us peace of mind. The only hiccup was the WiFi dropping occasionally, and phone calls to reception were needed as there wasn't always someone there, but overall, a cozy and pleasant stay 😊.

Excellent staff and location, the hotel itself was impeccably clean. The rooms were neat with a tub. I liked natural lighting.

Our recent stay was for a short transit stopover in Manhattan. The check-in process was smooth with online instructions and codes provided in advance. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Despite some minor inconveniences with the shared bathroom situation, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, the clean and centrally located accommodation served its purpose for our brief stay.

Fabulous place, compact rooms, knowledgeable staff. Its location was very central, within walking distance of Ellis Island.

Reasonably clean and quaint accom with perfect location next to Manhattan. Accommodating personnel with the manager, well-designed rooms. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The room had all amenities needed, clean with soft towels. Despite cons like uncomfortable bed, difficulty opening windows, and lack of total darkness, the new, well-equipped room was a great value in NYC. Some rooms have no elevator access or windows, but the location near subways was convenient.

Just came back from a trip to NYC and stayed at the Chelsea Inn. I can't recommend this hotel enough! The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were modern and fresh, and most importantly, they were clean. I was impressed by the renovations in my room, especially the spotless bathroom and the jacuzzi. The big screen TV was a nice bonus. Definitely the cleanest and friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at.

This hotel is well-located with a subway station nearby, making it easy to get around. It is just a short walk to many tourist attractions and everything the city has to offer. The rooms are clean and the staff members are competent. The hotel is also close to a laundromat and fixed problems quickly.

There were some noise issues from across the street during my stay.

I appreciated the clean room upon arrival, but the space was cramped with limited amenities. The noise level at night was disruptive, although the central location and reasonable price were enticing.

The location is ideal for those wanting to be close to Chelsea and downtown in general. Great little breakfast room for a coffee and snack in the morning. Highline, Chelsea / Gansevoort markets, Whitney, Chelsea Hotel, Union Sq, all within a couple of blocks. Rooms are small but immaculate.

It was like walking through an urban jungle, but with amazing views of the city and the Hudson River. The kids loved exploring the unique green spaces and spotting various artworks along the way.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities like a play area or activities at the hotel.

The noise from the hallways and desk staff conversations was a major issue. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the loud talking and phone calls.

The rooms at Chelsea Inn are seriously comfy with deep-soaking tubs, chic chrome fixtures, and cozy seating areas. As a karaoke and casino lover, the cable TV and free Wi-Fi made my downtime super enjoyable.

Personally, I'm not a fan of sharing a bathroom with another room, but I get that some folks might not mind.

I keep returning to this gem. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency. Perfect for my business trips – Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out. Has all I need. No pets, A/C, no smoking. Paid airport shuttle.
